1) How much power does it need?

Single phase 240VAC 15amp from the site supply.

The submersible pumps for the SVC40-SVC80 would require 3-phase 380-440VAC supply.

2) Is the ECM easy to operate?

Very. All our models are fully automatic.

3) Do we need to premix the chemical?

The chemicals are supplied in powder form and are mixed automatically by two on-board automatic mixers located within the Chemical Dosing Chamber.

4) How do you remove sludge?

There are either one or two automatic desludge valves, depending on the model, which opens and closes at predetermined times to discharge the sludge into a suitable tank pit ready for disposal off site.

5) How much sludge does it generate?

This purely depends on the nature of the influent. Generally, less than 10% by volume of the water treated.
